REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Return of Product

The aforementioned policies do not apply to custom orders, handprinted artworks, or furniture pieces like tables and chairs. The products listed above are all non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Should you like to cancel your hand-painted products, please contact us in a day or two. After then, there won't be any more cancellations.
Order for a Custom Product
Custom products are ones that are made specifically for you, distinct from the other products that are listed on the website. Orders for such products will not be subject to COD. These orders cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded. Only in the event that a defective or incorrect product is received may they be replaced.
Large Orders
Bulk orders are defined as any orders valued at more than INR 15, 000. The return and refund rules mentioned above do not apply to bulk orders. Under no circumstances are bulk orders refundable; only individual defective or damaged items may be substituted. Depending on the amount, bulk orders may require an additional period of time to ship. Our representative will confirm the delivery time. when the order is confirmed.
