At DekorStation, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide a smooth shopping experience backed by a clear and seller-friendly return and refund policy. Kindly read the details below carefully before making a purchase.
All customers are requested to thoroughly review product details, dimensions, colors, and specifications before confirming an order. Minor color variations may occur due to screen display differences. In the case of handmade or artistic products, slight variations are natural and are not considered defects.
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Wrong Item Received
Damaged Product
Manufacturing Defect
Incorrect Size Delivered
Incomplete Product
Action Required:
You must notify us within 6 hours of receiving the product via WhatsApp Chat on +91-9717376521 along with clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
Return Procedure:
We will arrange the return pickup.
Products must be packed securely in their original packaging with all original tags, barcodes, invoices, user manuals, and accessories.
The returned item must pass our quality verification process. Any misuse or damage not related to manufacturing defects will not qualify for return or refund.
In case of missing components, we will ship the missing part(s) after internal verification.
If the return is due to reasons such as:
Product not liked / not as expected
Size not suitable
Changed your mind / No longer needed
Returns are accepted, but the following charges will apply:
Orders below ₹2500: Return pickup charge of ₹450
Orders above ₹2500: Return pickup charge of 20% of the order value
Note:
All returns must be in original, unused condition with complete packaging and documentation.
The product must pass our quality check to be eligible for a refund.
Products returned without proper packaging or found damaged during return transit will not be eligible for a refund. The cost of re-shipping the item back to the customer will be borne by the customer.
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed via reverse transaction.
COD Orders: Bank details will be required to initiate a refund. COD charges are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline: Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement via WhatsApp Chat on +91-9717376521.
Beyond this window, a cancellation is subject to a deduction of:
20% of the order value as return handling cost
3% payment gateway charge (for prepaid orders)
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Custom-made products (personalized designs, sizes, or any item not part of the standard catalog) are:
Non-refundable
Non-cancellable
Non-exchangeable
They will only be replaced if found damaged or incorrect, and we must be informed within 4 hours of delivery with supporting evidence via email or WhatsApp.
