RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

To ensure that our products reach our consumers securely, we pack them with a lot of love and care. should your product arrive damaged—an unusual scenario—please email us a picture and a video of the damaged item together with the package no later than five days after placing your order. stated differently, we will not consider requests for a return or replacement after five calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.

requests for replacements or returns are welcome under the following conditions:

1. If the product you received has manufacturing flaws or poor quality.
2. The product that was ordered and the one that was delivered differ.
3. The provided goods cannot be worn out or used.
4. The product must be returned by the client in the original packaging that it came in. It goes without saying that the original packaging couldn't have been soiled or damaged.

5. The client needs to provide documentation proving they bought the item or received it. 6. The original tag must be present for any return request that we accept. We are unable to process any returns without the tag.
7. Items covered by warranties (where applicable).

Returns are not accepted for every product. To keep our rates the same while being fair to our artisans and craftsmen

Numerous things are "Final Sale." Before making a purchase, please take the time to learn which products are returnable and confirm with our customer service team.

A. Products used for serving food, china, silverware and other breakable items cannot be returned.
B. Returns are not accepted for handicrafts or natural materials with minute variations in colour and texture.

C. If tiny bubbles on ceramic are not apparent on the upper surface, they will not be regarded as a flaw.
D. Sales-related purchases cannot be returned.
E. In general, the dimensions of our website are fairly correct. Nonetheless, a deviation from the specified dimensions of up to 5% or 2 cm, whichever is greater, is not regarded as a flaw. F. Ordered goods will be returned if they are out of stock and if they cannot be exchanged for an identical item.

G. Used or improperly handled damaged items cannot be returned.
H. The reimbursements will never be more than the real cost of the merchandise.

Orders placed after 4 hours are not refundable or changeable. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are packaged and dispatched, and if they are not accepted, they will be handled as returns. Dekorstation retains the right to refuse further requests for COD orders. If a prepaid order is declined or returned to the doorstep, Dekorstation is not responsible for paying the order amount. Redelivery requests, including two-way deliveries, will also incur fees.

Return and Refund Procedure

1. There will be no processing fees associated with the return. Once the product(s) is/are

picked up from your doorstep, we will give you a store credit for the amount of the returned items so you may use that credit to purchase for anything else on our website. Any shipping fees that were paid at the time the order was placed are not refundable. In the event that a prior COD order is cancelled at the doorstep, we reserve the right to refuse a free return.

2. Processing additional returns entails a little processing fee. The following is the fee schedule. We will give you a store credit for the value of the returned items (less the fees listed below) once they have been picked up from your door, allowing you to use it to make more purchases on our website. The shipping costs that are paid at the time the order is placed are not refundable.

3. The buyer is responsible for carefully packing the item. The customer will not be entitled for a store credit if the goods is worn out or damaged when it arrives at the vendor's location.
4. We will email or contact the customer to let them know that we have received their returned item(s) after the item is received and inspected. We will also send you an email to let you know if your store credit has been approved or denied.

5. Contact orders@dekorstation.com with any questions you may have about the return or refund procedure.
6. You will receive a shop credit or voucher that you can use against your subsequent purchases once your returns are received by us and pass our quality assurance procedures. The voucher may be used without restriction at any time during the following three months.

REFUNDS INTERNATIONALLY

Since it typically takes us between one and fifteen days to receive the products from the consumer, the store credit will take at least thirty days to be completed. The customer will receive a confirmation of the products' status upon arrival, and a shop credit will be started. The full payment, minus the amount paid for shipping and any applicable taxes, will be credited to the shop. If you paid taxes or customs duties at the time you received the products, we won't reimburse you for them.
Dekorstation would only credit the amount charged in Indian rupees as shown on the website, less shipping and any applicable taxes. For overseas transactions, Dekorstation https://dekorstation.com/ is not liable for any fees assessed by the credit card issuer.

Rest assured that we want the best for your decor, but all returns are subject to Dekorstation judgement.
